What is an electronic bidet?

It is an electric toilet seat that fits to your existing toilet bowl, replacing the current seat.  The bidet has a wash function with adjustable heat settings, a dryer with adjustable heat settings and a seat that also has adjustable heat settings.

How do I use a bidet?

To start wash function just push the desired wash button. A wand will extend from the seat and spray a gentle stream of water till the desired wash is completed. Press the stop button and then the wand will retract, gently rinsing itself clean. Push the dry button and the gentle blow of adjustable air with dry you. 

What will a bidet offer me? 

It will offer you a hygienic way of life and is much cleaner than using toilet paper alone.

Does it fill all toilet bowls?

BioBidet suits round and elongated toilet pans. 

How do I know which size is mine?

Older or basic toilets are round, the most popular suites and pans in Australia are made by Fowler or Caroma and these are round. Inside the rim of a round toilet bowl is about 28cm – 29cm wide and 40cm – 42 cm long.

Elongated – some modern or deluxe toilets may have an elongated bowl that is about 4cm longer than the round. It quite a noticeable difference.

You can measure your bowl from the two mounting bolts at the seat hinge, to the front of the bowl. That measurement will be about 40cm-42cm (round) or 46cm plus (elongated). 

Is BioBidet easy to install?

All BioBidet products are easy to install (do-it-yourself) and parts are included. BioBidet products come complete with an owner’s manual (installation guide).

Does BioBidet require major plumbing?

No, BioBidet works with your existing plumbing. Unlike conventional bidets, BioBidet attaches to your existing toilet. All major parts that you will need for installation are included. 

How do I connect to electricity?

BioBidets electronic models are designed to connect directly to an existing power outlet. By UL regulation a 1.2 metre cord is attached.
